We live our values
Our guidelines apply to all members of the Mendritzki Group: managing directors, managers as well as all employees. They also apply to external consultants and service providers as well as to persons who are functionally equivalent to employees, such as temporary workers.
The companies of the Mendritzki Group comply at all times with the laws and regulations as well as the cultural practices applicable in their respective countries.
Ethical and legally sound behavior is ultimately the responsibility of each individual. However, the environment must support this by not valuing business results more than behavior with integrity. This means: We want to achieve our goals while always acting correctly and in an exemplary manner!
For our managing directors and executives, this results in an obligation to set an example and to credibly exemplify this standard to their employees. In addition, managers ensure that employees are aware of the guidelines. The following, non-exhaustive list specifies the above:
- We do not tolerate any violations of human rights, especially forced labor and child labor.
- No one is disadvantaged or discriminated against, because of their ethnicity, origin, gender, age, religion, disability or private lifestyle.
- We use natural resources (energy, soil, water, air) responsibly.
- We stand for fair competition.
- We firmly reject active and passive corruption as well as extortion.
- The health and safety of our employees have top priority in our plants and offices.
Willful misconduct will be punished within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. To encourage reports of such misconduct, we aim to create a climate that is free from any fear of negative consequences if an information is reported.
